Packaging and delivery was perfect with no damage. I am 54 and a nurse with no building background and put it together myself. I used clamps like they suggested to secure wall panels while fastening together, and it worked. I was able to move and lift each section without help, except the door section and coop wall section. However, I used a dolly to move those 2 pieces into position. It would be very simple with 2 people. The instructions are printed and easy to understand, with pictures so it takes the guessing out if you don't understand something. Extra screws are included. I am very happy with my purchase so, if you are wanting a coop that is visually nice, easy to put together, and secure this one has it all.
