I ordered a 4x4 blind at the beginning of September. I came across the EZ hunting blind and was impressed with the quick disconnect system. I ordered one and it was delivered about 7 days later severely damaged, I refused the delivery and contacted EZ. Within 24 hours they sent out a new blind and had it to me in 5 days. This delivery was more smooth but it still did have damage, nothing I couldn't fix but I did reach out to EZ for a resolution. They responded immediately and came up with a solution. The customer service I received was first class. Rachael listened and heard my concerns and addressed them with empathy and compassion. I felt valued as a customer and will continue to do business with EZ in the future because where there were a few snags in the process it was made up for with A+ customer service. The overall quality of the blind is solid. It was fairly easy to put together. I did put my stand on 8ft 4x4s, so it is possible even though it is meant as a ground stand. I am super happy with my purchase and experience with EZ. Thank you!
