Product Instructions:

All you will need for installing the waterer nipple is a 5/16 or 11/32 drill bit. Drill a hole up from the bottom of the container. The nipple easily screws right into your container. You want to leave 2-3 threads showing. There is no need for them to be screwed in all the way.

extra water nipples

These additional water nipples installed easily and work great. I added them to the ends of my OverEz waterer to provide more access for my 25 chickens. The only negative is that they did not come with the rubber sealing washers that are part of the original waterer assembly and one of the nipples has a leak which is not a problem during the summer when the waterer is outside but during the winter the one waterer has water dripping in the coop. I will have to take it apart when it gets warmer and add a rubber washer.
